High-dimensional stability and lightweight structure

Description

1. The skin uses intermediate modulus asphalt-based carbon fiber laminated panels. A reasonable laminate design achieves an in-plane thermal conductivity of 150 W/(m·K) with ±1.0×10^-7 accuracy.

2. The core material uses low-cost carbon fiber honeycomb core and embedded parts with high thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion coefficient. It provides high dimensional stability in the Z-direction with ±1.0×10^-7 accuracy, and the Z-direction thermal conductivity of the embedded parts reaches 400 W/(m·K).

3. It can be made with cyanate ester resin as the matrix material and impregnating resin, achieving high-temperature resistance and low outgassing.

4. It can be manufactured into flat, curved, and various complex structures.
