USPACE Technology Group Limited (USPACE) was initially listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX) on August 16, 2018 (stock code 1725.HK). Our company is headquartered in both Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Hong Kong, China.
USPACE is dedicated to leveraging outer space technology and application services to promote sustainable development on Earth and the advancement of human society. Our goal is to become a leading provider of outer space technology and global application services.
The core of our business development is satellite manufacturing, around which we are building an integrated commercial space ecosystem. This includes satellite component manufacturing, precision electronics manufacturing, satellite data applications, satellite telemetry, tracking, and control (TT&C), satellite launch, and the operation and management of the Abu Dhabi Space Eco City in the UAE.
Our major operating subsidiary, ASPACE Satellite Technology Limited (ASPACE), is a specialized satellite manufacturer targeting the global commercial aerospace market.
The ASPACE Satellite Manufacturing Center possessed by ASPACE, is a precision aerospace manufacturing facility that certified by the SGS Group in compliance with ISO international standards for cleanrooms, specifically ISO 14644-1 Class 7 (FED Class 10,000) and ISO 14644-1 Class 8 (FED Class 100,000), encompassing approximately 200,000 square feet.
The ASPACE Satellite Manufacturing Center possesses independent intellectual property rights for manufacturing satellites ranging from 5 kg to 1,000 kg, the center is equipped with 20 high-standard satellite manufacturing and environmental testing systems, in addition to over 100 sets of intelligent satellite manufacturing equipment and facilities, with an annual production capacity of up to 500 low-orbit optical and low-orbit communication satellites.
ASPACE is in the process of setting up the U.S. Satellite Manufacturing Center, the UAE Satellite Manufacturing Center, and the Egypt USPACE Joint Satellite Manufacturing Center, which will enhance the competitiveness of satellite products with ASPACE's global strategic objectives. These centers will also establish an innovative ecosystem for satellite manufacturing and contribute to social development and human advancement.
