2. Aluminum Plate: Uses 0.3 - 0.5mm 2024-T3 (LY12CZ) with phosphoric acid anodizing treatment.
3. Aluminum Honeycomb Core: Aerospace-grade perforated durable aluminum honeycomb core (HB5443-90).
4. Adhesives: Both adhesive films and foaming adhesives used are flight-verified types.
5. Embedded Parts: Series products, optimized design, anodized treatment, and equipped with steel wire inserts.
6. Installation Hole Precision: Can achieve ±0.1mm accuracy.
7. Maximum Size: Can be processed up to 3m x 5m.
8. Heat Pipes: Can be embedded in the structure as per customer requirements.
