Introduction to ASPACE
ASPACE is the world’s first innovative industrial satellite manufacturer with the Industrial 5.0+ST (Satellite Technology) concept at its core. It is jointly owned by USPACE Technology Group (holding 51%) and Oaktree Capital (holding 49%). ASPACE is the first space industry pioneer to industrialize satellite manufacturing. By combining the concept of Industrial 5.0 to enhance production efficiency and productivity with satellite technology, ASPACE focuses on "people and the environment," "ecology and inclusivity," and "satellite technology and applications" to improve manufacturing processes, significantly enhancing product competitiveness. ASPACE Satellite Technology Limited (ASPACE) is the world’s first satellite manufacturer to integrate full-chain industrial design with precision manufacturing, offering mass production, flexibility, and intelligence. ASPACE owns a 200,000 square-foot ISO-certified precision manufacturing facility for aerospace-grade production, including Class 7 cleanrooms (ISO 14644-1: 2015) that meet the highest global standards. ASPACE possesses independent capabilities in satellite system design, mass satellite production, satellite component manufacturing, and satellite operation and control, with an annual production capacity of up to 500 low-Earth orbit optical satellites, synthetic aperture radar satellites (SRA), and communication satellites. ASPACE is also preparing to establish a satellite component manufacturing facility in Thailand, expected to commence operations in 2025. Once operational, this facility will increase the industrialization level of satellite components to over 85%, significantly reducing satellite manufacturing costs by more than 70%. ASPACE plans to complete the manufacturing of 100 satellites by the first quarter of 2025 and host a “100 Satellite Exhibition” in the UAE and Egypt to promote the innovative results of industrialized satellite manufacturing. This will help raise awareness of new satellite manufacturing technologies and their role in societal development. Based on the first batch of 100 satellites to be manufactured by Q1 2025, ASPACE aims to become the world’s most competitive satellite manufacturer by 2028 with its Industrial 5.0+ST concept fully implemented. ASPACE is committed to creating the world’s most competitive satellite manufacturing innovation ecosystem to serve social development and human progress.
