On 25 September 2023, Mr. David Lomastro, Consul General of Belgium in Hong Kong, and Mr. Didier Denayer, Business Development & Technology Consul of Belgium, paid a visit to HKATG/ASPACE and its equipment and facilities, as well as had a friendly meeting with Mr. Sun Fengquan, Co-chairman and CEO of HKATG/ASPACE.
Mr. David Lomastro and Mr. Didier Denayer visited the Hong Kong Satellite TT&C Center, Hong Kong Satellite Data Application Center, and ASPACE Hong Kong Satellite Manufacturing Center and were highly impressed by the equipment scale and advanced technology of HKATG/ASPACE. They shared their perception that international collaboration is necessary for nations and the world to promote the space industry and hope that Belgium and HKATG/ASPACE could collaborate in the space industry. The Consulate General of Belgium in Hong Kong is willing to bridge and actively promote exchanges and cooperation between Belgian space enterprises and HKATG/ASPACE.
