Mr. Baher Sheweikhi, Consul General of Egypt in Hong Kong, visited Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group Limited (HKATG)/ASPACE
On September 7, 2023, Mr. Baher Sheweikhi, Consul General of Egypt in Hong Kong, visited Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group and held friendly talks on behalf of the Egyptian Space Agency with Mr. Sun Fengquan, Co-Chairman and CEO of Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group Limited (HKATG)/ASPACE.
Mr. Baher Sheweikhi attended the opening ceremony of HKATG/ASPACE Hong Kong Satellite Manufacturing Center on July 25 and visited ASPACE Hong Kong Satellite Manufacturing Center. During today's visit, Mr. Baher Sheweikhi expressed his appreciation and astonishment for the massive, vast scale and advanced equipment of the ASPACE Hong Kong Satellite Manufacturing Center once again. On behalf of the CEO of the Egyptian Space Agency, he had a friendly negotiation with us to discuss the prospect of strategic cooperation and development between the two parties.
Both parties believe that HKATG/ASPACE and the Egyptian Space Agency have expansive room for development and good prospects for cooperation in field.
Mr. Baher Sheweikhi's visit has laid a solid foundation for the in-depth cooperation between HKATG/ASPACE and the Egyptian Space Agency.

China launches new data relay satellite
XICHANG, March 26 (Xinhua) -- China successfully sent a new data relay satellite into orbit from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in southwest China's Sichuan Province on Wednesday. The Tianlian II-04 satellite was launched at 23:55 p.m. (Beijing Time) aboard a Long March-3B carrier rocket and entered its planned orbit.
