On July 12, 2024, USPACE Technology Group Limited (USPACE) signed a significant comprehensive strategic partnership agreement with the Brazilian Space Startup Alliance (ASB). The agreement was co-signed by 15 companies under the ASB umbrella. ASB, founded by 13 Brazilian aerospace companies, includes 2 partner companies and 11 independent South American aerospace institutions and experts, making it the largest aerospace enterprise alliance in South America. ASB's business scope is extensive, covering rocket manufacturing, satellite manufacturing, satellite operations, ground station construction, equipment manufacturing, software development, wind energy, electric power, drones, and aerospace education.

This cooperation signifies that USPACE and ASB will engage in deep cooperation across multiple aerospace fields, including satellite manufacturing, satellite payloads, satellite components, satellite launches, satellite data applications, satellite telemetry, tracking, and control (TT&C), and satellite constellations.
